The Pawfect Escape ("we", "us", "our") is an independent business based in the United Kingdom. We sell digital guides and templates to help dog owners discover the best walks, pubs, beaches, and hidden gems across the UK.

We offer the following digital products:

• Free Taster Pack — A sample PDF featuring a selection of dog-friendly locations, available at no charge upon providing your email address.
• The Complete Guide (£12.99) — A comprehensive PDF guide covering 50+ curated dog-friendly walking locations, including maps, routes, parking, pubs, and off-lead areas.
• The Ultimate Bundle (£17.98) — Everything in the Complete Guide, plus a Canva Adventure Journal template delivered via a personalised Canva link.

By purchasing a product from our website you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into a binding contract. All orders are subject to availability and acceptance by us.

A contract is formed between you and us when we send your download link to the email address you provided at checkout. Please ensure your email address is correct before completing payment.

All payments are processed securely by Stripe, a third-party payment processor. We do not store your card details at any point. All prices are displayed in pounds sterling (GBP) and include any applicable taxes.

In the event of a failed payment, no product will be delivered. If you are charged but do not receive your download link, please contact us immediately.

Upon successful payment, a secure and unique download link will be sent automatically to your registered email address via our email service provider, Resend. Please check your spam/junk folder if it does not appear within a few minutes.

Your download link is personal to you. It is generated uniquely for each purchase and may not be shared with others. We reserve the right to deactivate links that show signs of being shared or used in bulk.

For Ultimate Bundle customers, your Canva Adventure Journal link will also be included in the same email. This link grants access to your own copy of the template within Canva.

Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel a digital purchase within 14 days. However, by completing your purchase and accessing your download link, you expressly consent to the immediate supply of the digital content and acknowledge that you waive your right to cancel once the download has been accessed.

If you have purchased a product and have not yet accessed your download link, you may request a refund within 14 days by contacting us at hello@thepawfectescapes.com.

We will always endeavour to resolve any issues fairly and promptly. If something is wrong with your product, please get in touch and we will do our best to help.

All content within our guides and templates — including text, maps, images, design, and layout — is the intellectual property of The Pawfect Escape and is protected by copyright law.

By purchasing our products, you are granted a personal, non-commercial licence to use and enjoy the content for your own private use. You may not reproduce, redistribute, sell, or share any part of our products without prior written consent.

Whilst we take great care to ensure the information in our guides is accurate and up to date, we cannot guarantee that all details (such as pub opening hours, parking availability, or access to certain areas) remain correct at all times. We recommend verifying key information before your visit.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Pawfect Escape shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage arising from the use of our products. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount paid for the relevant product.

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Your continued use of our website following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
